随着2021年高考结束，笔者在赣州市厚德外国语学校的三年英语教学也随之告一段落。
由于三年以来师生的共同努力，2021年学生高考英语成绩优异。所教班级均分超过140分，最高分150分，148分以上5人，146分以上10人。笔者以为，学生在高考英语写作中的完美表现是取得高分的主要原因。
高考英语作文阅卷感受及教学启示
众所周知，英语书面表达是高考英语的压轴大戏，也是提高英语平均分的最大潜力股。笔者有幸参加过8次高考阅卷，6次被评为优秀阅卷员，因此，想在此谈谈高考英语作文阅卷感受。
一、评改切入点
英语书面表达满分25分，在电脑上阅卷，实行“二评三评四仲裁”制，即每份试卷随机由两位老师改，超过4分的差值，由第三个老师改，如第三个老师与其他两个老师的差值仍超过4分，由阅卷组长做出最后仲裁。
整个评卷过程非常公正公平，评卷标准操作性也很强。同时，江西省2021年的高考评分原则明确规定要避免趋中倾向，该给高分的给高分，包括满分；该给低分给低分，包括零分。一名阅卷人员在所评阅的全部试卷中不应只给中间的几种分数，这样好的作文就能得高分，差的作文就得低分，基本上不存在靠好运能拿高分之说。
