I am pleased to participate in this interview. I come from Shanxi, I am 25 years old, I graduated from Beijing University of Chemical Technology, my major is Electronic Science and Technology. In 2009 I participated in the civil service exam, and now, I've been in Xinzhou city branch of the People's Bank of China two years time. In the bank, I was responsible for computer and network maintenance. Because I am active and serious working attitude, I was leading and colleagues alike. I read a lot of spare time Management magazine. Here I would like to highlight what, in college, I had taken their own businesses, in Taobao, ebay starting an online shop, which sells digital products and computer accessories, I have never been faced with many difficulties, but I believe: no Failure would be no success. During that time I got a double harvest the material and spiritual. Because of that experience, I chose to apply for a Master of Business Administration. Here I'd like to emphasize my experience about entrepreneurship: I start my first try when I was still an undergraduate, I ran online store that sale digital products and computer accessories on both Taobao and ebay, during that time I have faced many difficulties which I have never meet or even imaged before; but I told myself: failure is the mother of success, and the experience of that period became one of my most valuable memory, as it gave me great value both in material, in term of money, and spirit, in term of the learnt something one will never learn from school. In fact, this experience is my originalmotivation of taking a MBA programme. I want a career transition, from science and technology to management and entrepreneurship, by further system study of the knowledge about management.
