轻轻翻开封叶，扉页上写着：想成为一名优秀的教师吗?想让学生的表现更加优异吗?想让学生学得更好吗?想减轻生活中的压力吗?或者想使课堂活动更有效率，氛围更加活跃吗?想更好地激励学生吗?……这不正是我踏上工作岗位时立志的工作信念和我的人生追求吗?
我最喜欢的是本书的这段话：优秀的教师是积极热情的，他们能看到学生的闪光点，他们知道自己具有强大的力量，足以触碰学生的心灵并影响他们的未来。他们懂得通过关心、认可、鼓励学生，让学生不断进步，每天都有更好的表现。

整本书由绪论和十章正文内容组成。在绪论部分，我了解了我国英语课程的发展历程的六个时期，英语课程标准的内涵，英语课程标准与教材研究的价值与作用，小学英语教材研究的基本框架。从整体上统领全书。
第一章小学英语课程与教学的基本概念。小学英语课程对国家与社会的价值，一方面体现在它能促进我国社会经济发展所需要的国际交往，也就是说我们可以运用英语进行国际交流。另一方面体现在发展我国的素养。小学英语课程对个人的价值体现在它可以促进小学生的认知发展和学业发展；它还具有促进个人职业发展和生活幸福的个人价值。小学英语课程对个人的价值应让小学生了解并知道。让学生知道学习英语是一件非常有意义的事情。小学英语课程的内容包括与小学英语课程相关的语言知识和文化知识。当然也包括能力与素养体系，各个纬度均指向学生的发展，相关内容具有合理、科学的学习过程。
第二章小学英语课程核心素养内涵，使我们从总体上把握英语课程核心素养中“语言能力”、“文化意识”、“思维品质”和“学习能力”的基本内涵以及小学阶段的具体要求。

It's long long ago, maybe before I can read english books. I don't rememberwhich movie edition I had seen. But I was impressed by the music, the sceneryand the costume. I was very favor of a section of music in its balls. It's

However, I didn't pay much attention to the plot. Ithought it's so long that it made me impatient and bored. By now, I haven't readthe whole story in English or its Chinese version, either. I owe it to myprejudice.
In fact, I didn't understand the story at that time. I didn't know why itcalled Pride and Prejudice. Of course someone was pride, but I didn't findwhere' s the prejudice. I thought it's normal, the way people treated each otherin that. I considered prejudice would be very disgusting.
