1、写作，这部分有一定的程序，我们要牢牢记住形式，把真题拿出来反复练习（这从一开始就可以看出）。
2、看别人写完的作文和分数，背诵和抄写文章中的好句子，这样反复和长期的练习应该会有很好的效果。
3、英语口语，蓝皮书《剑桥商务英语口语测试很有必要》，其中基本涵盖了商务英语的各种话题。
4、每天背诵，从长远来看，商业话题可以很容易地掌握，考试前最好找个好搭档，经常一起练习，这样考试时就不会紧张了。
5、要熟悉题型，平时要积累商务词汇，商业词汇来做真正的问题，会遇到很多生词都有很大的自然头，应该反复研究错误的问题。
6、听力是BEC测试中最难的部分，最好每天练习听。先听学生的课本，然后做听写练习，再在一定程度上练习真题。
7、真正的问题应该反复练习，直到所有问题都被理解，这样的坚持对考试应该有很好的效果。

没有捷径，只有认真看，反复看，直到弄懂。
三、写作部分
1.写作的话，非常推荐雅思的写作书。雅思的第一部分写作和BEC的非常像，而且给出的词汇很专业。一定要记住一些常用的描述上升、下降、平缓等趋势的词汇。
2．真题后面的写作范文只看4和5即可，不能背，因为很多范文根本就是中国式英语或者错漏百出——而高分的原因很多是想法新颖。
3．最好每天都写，写多了你就习惯了，错与对没关系，重要的时要培养出下笔如有神的感觉。
